<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-718"></span>POSITION DESCRIPTION:<br />
Key Account Representative, MMS and IV Therapy and Specialty Pharmaceuticals</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
• Promote MMS, IV Therapy and Specialty Pharmaceuticals portfolio to key Alternate Site customers (Retail Pharmacies, chains, wholesalers, Home Care distributors/Suppliers and other non-hospital customers) for all of Canada except Ontario.<br />
• Achieve territory sales targets for the Alternate Site<br />
• Manage territorial budget for the Alternate Site market.<br />
• Effectively implement marketing strategies and tactics.<br />
• Develop the Animal Health markets with our products.<br />
• Responsible for contract negotiations with Alternate Site customers</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
• Calling on existing decision makers for the promotion of our products.<br />
• To call on retail pharmacies, wholesalers, Home Care distributors/suppliers and CCAC/CLSC/RHA<br />
• Responsible for growing business within the Alternate Site market.<br />
• Support sales efforts by utilizing detail aids, scientific articles, case studies, and cost cards as well as educational conference summaries.<br />
• Contributing to pre-marketing and pre-launch activities for new products by profiling certain drug usage, procedures, and practices in key accounts.<br />
• Developing support networks within senior administrative levels in aligning strategies.<br />
• Developing an account sales strategy for each key target account.<br />
• Implementing and following account strategies by providing proper support and creative marketing initiatives.<br />
• To identify and develop ongoing productive, long-term relationships with Alternate Site customers<br />
• To identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities, manage customer plans and sales and marketing initiatives.<br />
• To work closely with the Alternate Site Clinical Consultant, marketing group, Contract Development and other head office departments.<br />
• Comply with Company’s code of ethics and compliance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EDUCATION:<br />
• Bachelors Degree<br />
• Masters Degree is an asset</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EXPERIENCE:<br />
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, Medical Industry experience.<br />
• Successful people management experience is an asset<br />
• Montreal based role with the ability to travel as necessary (approx. 30-40%)</p>
