Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President – Canada, the Technical Asset Manager will be responsible for the physical assets associated to executing its field operations. This position is accountable for the integration, and field preparedness of new and commercialized technology; R and M strategies for existing technology ensuring the latest, best maintained equipment is available to the Operations Department. They will be responsible for the ongoing technical development of

Our Client is searching for a Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant for approximately 12 hours per week. They are able to work from home and with a team that truly enjoy what they do!

The preferred Candidate will have;
A minimum 3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Must be Proficient at Quickbooks
Their references must include the fact that they are trustworthy, reliable, flexible and dedicated.

This person will be responsible for everything from opening personal and business mail to Full Cycle Bookkeeping and working with the Accountant for Year End
They must have their own computer/internet system.

The chosen Candidate will have excellent communication skills that will be applied when interfacing with Clients, Vendors, Suppliers, Creditors, Associations and entities such as Revenue Canada
