<li>Ensure operation of area is done safely and in full compliance with all applicable regulations</li>
<li>Optimize production and net back from existing horizontal Manville CBM wells in Corbett area.</li>
<li>Interact with field staff, office staff and vendors to solve operational problems</li>
<li>Allocate capital to maximize return to shareholders while maintaining consistency with corporate priorities as defined by CEO and Operations Manager</li>
<li>Forecast volumes and costs for above activities</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The ideal candidate should possess:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>An Engineering Degree or Technology Diploma</li>
<li>5-15 years experience in upstream oil and gas operations</li>
<li>Field experience in upstream operations</li>

<p>. Project Management &#8211; single point of contact for clients, field staff and surveyors<br />

. Lead participate in “Problem Solving” meetings between clients, landowners and other<br />

Our Client is looking for an energetic self motivated engineer with 10+ years experience in the Oil &amp; Gas or Consulting Industry with a background in International Reserve Evaluations.<span id="more-1474"></span></p>

• The successful candidate would oversee a team of Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists managing the completion of Reserve Evaluation projects as well as the scope of projects and analysis.<br />
• Successful candidates must have strong leadership qualities and experience as well as exude the technical skills and behaviors listed within.</p>

• Previous experience in International Reserve Evaluations an asset<br />
• Previous experience in Reservoir Simulations an asset<br />

• Combination of technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills<br />

• Working with International clients overseeing project scope and timelines within your Reserves Evaluation group<br />
• Auditing Reservoir Simulation models<br />

• Deterministic and probabilistic evaluations<br />
• Production optimization as it relates to the project<br />
• Willingness to travel at times<br />

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for the planning, organization, direction, control, execution and evaluation of Electric and Controls projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. As the top Manager, Project Management resource in the Company, the Manager, Project Management is responsible for developing and assuring Company-wide project management and control standards, processes and systems.<span id="more-1472"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">. Leads the E&amp;C Project Management team, providing day to day supervision, guidance, ensuring their<br />
ongoing development<br />
. Develops and implements training programs for project management team and other departments.<br />
. Ensures quality assurance standards and project management protocols are established and<br />
maintained.<br />
. Ensures that the project team adheres to approved procedures, processes and methodologies as<br />
outlined in the Company Project Management Plan and as necessary tailor project controls procedures,<br />
process and methodologies to specific project requirements within accepted and approved<br />
parameters.<br />
. Participates in the development of bid package processes and communicates with sales and<br />
estimating to ensure the management and compliance of bid packages with established guidelines<br />
and processes.<br />
. Liaises with production management to ensure accordance with standards and best practices.<br />
. Provides direction in the development of processes, standards, and best practices when determining<br />
estimates for project activities.<br />
. Provides project management staff with assistance in reviewing design, labour, and material<br />
estimations, and implementing monitoring processes for project execution.<br />
. Provides leadership with direction and support in addressing issues where design and estimations<br />
have deviated from initial proposal / projection. Responsible for management of change documents.<br />
. Works closely with Business Development staff to determine customer needs and new products<br />
development.<br />
. Works closely with staff and customers to ensure on time, on budget delivery of all necessary<br />
components and contract requirements.<br />
. Provides hands-on project management of a variety of oil and gas projects.<br />
. Ensures the timeliness and integrity of monthly project reporting requirements in all disciplines within<br />
the Project Controls scope.<br />
. Assists in yearly budget for project management team.<br />
. Monitors and adjusts group performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators.<br />
. Monitors workload in Project Management group and assigns management of projects.<br />
. Manages the growth of the project management team as required for the E&amp;C business.<br />
. Manages personnel issues as they arise with the focus on Company Culture and Core values.<br />
. Manages and updates the Company’s Project Management Manual and systems process and<br />
guidelines.<br />
. Complies with standards and procedures of the Company Health &amp; Safety Manual and Occupational<br />
Health &amp; Safety Regulations.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Skills, Abilities and Educational Background</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">. 10 to15+ years’ previous Project Management experience, the last 5-7 years in a supervisory role,<br />
with a background in oil &amp; gas processing.<br />
. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in an engineering discipline or a two-year diploma in a technical<br />
discipline, or a combination of education and experience.<br />
. PMP status preferred.<br />
. Advanced knowledge in MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).<br />
. Ability to work efficiently and productively in a team environment.<br />
. Able to prioritize effectively and execute multiple tasks quickly.<br />
. Exceptional people, organizational skills and time management skills.<br />
. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.</p>

<span id="more-1423"></span><br />
The successful candidate would provide technical expertise to a team of geologists, geophysicists and engineers, resulting in the successful completion of reserve evaluation and resource assessment projects within appropriate scope and schedule guidelines.</p>
<p>Successful candidates must have a strong geological background, numerical and analytical abilities and hands-on experience with development of 3D geomodels for reserves and resources assessment. The successful candidate should demonstrate future leadership skills as well.</p>
<p>KEY SKILLS:<br />
• Must be experienced in 3D geomodeling using Petrel<br />
• Proficiency with development of 3D geomodels, preferably on international assets<br />
• Proficiency in facies and fluid modeling and up scaling for reservoir simulation<br />
• Good understanding of exploration and development geology<br />
• Petrophysical analysis skills an asset<br />
• Results oriented and disciplined approach to project completion<br />
• Combination of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills<br />
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills<br />
• Familiarity with reserves definitions and guidelines an asset<br />
• Strong computer and applications software literacy<br />

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:<br />
• Working with International clients to assist in formulating appropriate project scope and schedule estimates.<br />
• Provide technical expertise in multi-disciplinary teams to enable meeting project objectives within agreed scope and schedule.<br />
• Communicating effectively the results of technical analyses to team members and the clients.<br />
• Conduct reserves evaluations and resource assessments using deterministic or probabilistic methods.<br />
• Mentoring and coaching your colleagues on an ongoing basis.<br />
• Some travel may be required.</p>
