Its primary product and service lines include; liquid nitrogen (N2), liquid carbon dioxide (CO2), transportation, storage and on-site services.<span id="more-1584"></span><br />
<strong>The job:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Locate, develop, and describe technical and economic validation of the use of N2 and CO2 in the energy industry</li>
<li>Recommend and execute on strategies for the creation and use of effective technical-based knowledge, information and tools that support the use of the company products and to have the company become the acknowledged experts on the use of N2 and CO2 in the energy industry</li>
<li>Develop and provide training and support for individual’s growth within the company and the TSG</li>
<li>Proactively plan for growth and staff the Technical Services group appropriately</li>
<li>Expand the market size for cryogenic products in oilfield well fracturing in existing and new markets (Technical Services)</li>
<li>Create, acquire, and manage the development of knowledge base information and tools needed to successfully generate business within the energy industry</li>
<li>Encourage and evaluate new ideas</li>
<li>Identify and recommend application opportunities and develop those applications that are viable towards enhancing the use of our clients’ products in the Energy Industry</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Engineering degree with minimum 10 years of related experience</li>
<li>Hydraulic Frac design and analysis experience</li>
<li>Cryogenic experience desired though not essential</li>
<li>Professional Engineer designation recognized by APEGGA preferred.</li>
<li>Valid Passport (Travel required)</li>
<li>Sound problem solving and decision making skills</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational, documentation and report writing skills</li>
<li>Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks within given timeframes</li>

<li>Work within or lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, geoscientists and support staff</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">SCOPE:<span id="more-1166"></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Project Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for coordinating all process related aspects through Engineering Design Specification, Detailed Engineering &amp; Procurement phases for projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate EPCM efforts with respect to Process requirements related to pipeline and facilities engineering</li>
<li>Interface with various Engineering personnel to ensure that all aspects are taken into consideration within the design</li>
<li>Ensure design meets applicable standards</li>
<li>Participate in development of Pre-commissioning, HAZOP and Commissioning Plans for effective project design and construction</li>
<li>Ensure safety in design</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with respective Engineering personnel in development of process design criteria, process flow diagrams, Process Instrumentation and Control Diagrams, heat and material balances, valve sizing</li>
<li>Review all process design documentation and calculations</li>
<li>Recommend design changes or improvements based on knowledge, experience and input from site personnel</li>
<li>Participate in formal design, model and risk reviews, Haz-Ops &amp; Haz-Ids</li>
<li>Participate in regular engineering coordination and review meetings</li>
<li>Participate in development of pre-commissioning plans</li>
<li>Development of Process Control Philosophy &amp; Narrative</li>
<li>Development of Relief, Blowdown and Flaring Philosophy</li>
<li>Development of Isolation Philosophy</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8-10 years experience in process design</li>
<li>Expertise in process calculations on HYSYS®, FlareNet®</li>
<li>Completion of Chemical/Process engineering degree and registration with APEGGA and eligibility as a Professional Engineer in Alberta</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Role: The Production Engineer or Technologist will provide production support and mentoring for production operations. The position is located in Fier, Albania. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to, production engineering support, mentoring national staff, production optimization, cost reduction, workover evaluations, completion and remedial workover programming, well servicing economics, technology review and project implementation. The position is a rotational position in Albania.<span id="more-976"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li> Must have 8 years of varied heavy oil petroleum engineering with technical experience in production engineering, operations, workovers and completions, petroleum economics.</li>
<li>Must have a BSc in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline. APEGGA membership or equivalent. Technologist must have a Diploma in Engineering Technology and be a Certified Engineering Technologist.</li>
<li>Must have cold heavy oil sand production experience with progressive cavity pumps.</li>
<li>Must have experienced in conventional heavy oil.</li>
<li>Heavy oil waterflood or secondary recovery experience is required</li>
<li>Knowledge in heavy oil remedial workovers and completions is required</li>
<li>The ability to work several assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Field experience is an asset.</li>
<li>Thermal EOR or SAGD experience would be an asset.</li>
<li>Exploitation and reservoir engineering experience would be an asset</li>
<li>International experience would also be an asset but not required.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li> Assist the Lead Production Engineer as required</li>
<li>Optimize daily production for cold heavy oil production using PC pump technology</li>
<li>Provide technical engineering support to the field operation team</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of artificial lift technology for heavy oil operations and new technology development</li>
<li>Analyse and recommend workover and re-completion activity</li>
<li>Prepare workover and servicing economics, prepare workover and completion programs</li>
<li>Reduction of operating costs and capital expenditures</li>
<li>Assist in developing annual budgets and reserves evaluations</li>
<li>Will require routine supervision and mentoring of national engineering personnel</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align: justify;">RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
Responsibilities will include, but not being limited to the following:</p>
<ul>
<li> Contribute as a member of a multi-disciplined oil sands team to provide input into the reserves assessment and reservoir modeling;</li>
<li>Provide input, direction and assessment/evaluation on existing oil sands assets;</li>
<li>Identify and coordinate technical data gathering &amp; analysis;</li>
<li>Assist teams in assessing project risk and uncertainty on capital programs;</li>
<li>Work with Reservoir Engineering staff in practical and analytical processes for implementation into their work processes.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILL SET:</p>
<ul>
<li> University degree in Engineering and a registered APEGGA member;</li>
<li>Minimum 8 &#8211; 10 years related industry experience directly involved with oil sands reservoir engineering aspects;</li>
<li>Experience with advanced Decline Curve Analysis, OFM, Reservoir Simulation &amp; CMG Suite and Exotherm is an asset;</li>
<li>Highly organized with excellent analytical, integration and project management abilities;</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and team focused skills; and</li>
<li>Results oriented, decisive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail</li>
