Basic Functions:
? Supervise all treasury related activities and the corresponding financial accounting
Relationships:
? Reports to the GVP Treasury with a dotted line relationship to the Assistant Controller.
? Interacts with various internal departments on a daily basis.
? External relationships include: Bank, Global Treasury Team, Auditors, Joint Venture Partners and various Government Agencies

Specific Responsibilities:
? Cash management duties including the preparation of cash flow forecasts, investment of excess funds, foreign exchange dealing and manual wires
? Execute financing arrangements including drawdown of BAs and prime rate issuances
? Letter of credit administration
? EFT administration and correspondence
? Recording of intercompany loans, interest accruals and debt repayments
? Credit facility compliance and reporting
? Preparation of banking resolutions
? Review and posting of treasury vouchers
? Working with Global Treasury Management Project team
? Review and approval of bank account reconciliations
? Review and approval of monthly account reconciliations
? Treasury reporting
? Develop and maintain working relationships with other accounting and internal groups
? Provide training and guidance to staff
? Support for internal and external audit requirements
? Assist senior management as required
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Commerce. Accounting and Finance background is an asset
? Proficiency in Excel
? Experience with Qbyte financial accounting a benefit.
? Proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills
