<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>

<li>Prepare formal legal land contracts to implement deals negotiated by Negotiators</li>
<li>Communicate terms of Agreements and consequences to stakeholders</li>
<li>Understand and interpret existing land agreements to facilitate operations and decision making</li>
<li>Understand and interpret existing land agreements to handle queries/demands from both internal and external sources</li>
<li>Handle on-going contract maintenance issues <span id="more-1600"></span></li>
</ul>

<strong>Education and Experience</strong><br />
The education and experience required for the role of the Contracts Landman are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Related post-secondary education</li>
<li>10 years plus experience</li>
<li>CS Explorer, Accumap, Well View, Microsoft Office</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Our client is a junior oil &amp; gas company and they require an oil &amp; gas administrator for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:<span id="more-1596"></span></p>
<p><strong>JV Nexus/AFE Nexus</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Enter AFE’s and facilitate approval process</li>
<li>Save/print and maintain yearly AFE Binders</li>
<li>Send AFE’s to partners and document transmittals for reference</li>
<li>Export and upload AFE’s in to JV Nexus</li>
<li>Create and enter Costcenters &amp; WI masters into JV Nexus</li>
<li>Review and create supplemental AFE’s and enter into our JV Nexus system and notify partners as necessary</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Accounting/Payables/Receivables/Production</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with data entry and filing as needed</li>
<li>Assist with cheque runs as needed</li>
<li>Mail out all JV payables and receivables (JIB Link may eliminate)</li>
<li>Send all production accounting charts and tickets to (DGL) monthly</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Corporate Treasury Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the quarterly reports, President’s messages, letters to directors, board meeting minutes, resolutions etc.</li>
<li>Book the AGM and assist where needed with shareholder packages and documentation</li>
<li>Prepare for board meetings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Records management for wellfiles and JV filing</li>
<li>AFE management</li>
<li>Maintain corporate well list</li>
<li>Assist with operations duties as needed</li>
<li>Maintain JV files, online file lists and assist with contract agreement support as needed</li>
<li>Assist with marketing letters/contracts, information and filing</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Office Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and order supply cupboard</li>
<li>Coordinate any IT support and maintenance with Glenbriar Technology</li>
<li>Organize any extracurricular office activities ie. Golf tournament, Christmas Parties, Team building</li>
<li>Fundraisers, Christmas food drive, United Way</li>
<li>Pitney Bowes/Pitney Works (stamp machine)</li>
<li>Couriers- Mercury Messenger/T2P/Purolator</li>
<li>Greet guests</li>
<li>Answer operations and general phone calls and messages. Direct messages to appropriate persons.</li>

<li>Prepare, execute and file land title registrations ensuring acute attention to detail</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As a member of the Telecom team you will be primarily responsible for negotiating and acquiring agreements for site acquisition in addition to performing public consultations. While communicating with key stakeholders throughout the duration of the project, including; clients, landowners and other project managers you would be expected to continuously deliver top quality work and follow through on our value proposition.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>General Summary of Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Negotiate new tower, roof-top lease acquisitions and lease amendments for telecommunications installations</li>
<li>Provide site acquisition expertise and guidance to clients and/or other site acquisition construction personnel</li>
<li>Prepare and update site status reports for each ongoing project ensuring accuracy and effective communication of project progress</li>
<li>Attend project kick off, ongoing client meetings and site deployment calls as required</li>
<li>Facilitate the completion of zoning and permit applications</li>
<li>Assist in delivery of public consultation throughout various stages of each project</li>
<li>Coordinate with radio frequency engineers, municipal affairs managers and construction personnel to ensure that the selected sites meet the engineering, zoning/permitting and construction requirements</li>
<li>Complete initial municipal analysis in preparation for site selection</li>
<li>Assist management with accurate tracking of site acquisition for the purpose of preparing client invoices</li>
<li>Quality control, data entry and tracking of site candidate packages, tower lease and amendments and other site acquisition documentation</li>
