Support Specialist 101-280 – Calgary, Alberta
Through our Client’s drilling and well database software, our Client provides full operational well lifecycle data management solutions for drilling, operations and construction/reclamations.
As a Support Specialist, you will be working with local and international oil and gas companies to support our Client’s market-leading well information systems. This position will be based in Calgary and travel may be required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- A university degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Petroleum Technology Certification, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of helpdesk/technical support of oil/gas software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of database technology.
