Our Client is a privately held Calgary based Oilfield Rental Company that has been providing quality equipment rentals to the oil patch for the last 3 years. Their areas of operation currently include Canada, The United States, and various parts of South America. They currently contract equipment to over 25 Oil and Gas companies in the Canadian Market, as well as several Directional Service Contractors.
Our Client is looking for a full-time Administrator/Bookkeeper to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping, A/P, A/R
• Equipment and job tracking
• Vendor and customer management
• Various day to day clerical operations
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks
• Ideal Candidate is computer savvy
• Must possess excellent organizational skill and personal diligence
• Financial and statistical training an asset
