Facilities Manager 101-228 – Houston, Texas, USA
THE ROLE:
• Directs and manages Houston Facility Operations
• Bachelors Degree
• Must be fluent in English/Spanish
• Oversees facility infrastructure, building systems and services, safety and security programs, warehouse, building maintenance and modifications, building operation policies and procedures, facility planning, and management of staff
• Third party landlord relationships with assigned buildings
• Maintain interface with third party owners (Landlords), ensuring total contract compliance (the Lease), accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impact tenant relations issues
• Supervision of staff
• Scheduling of work assignments, hiring, training, counselling, conducting performance appraisals and terminating employees
• Prepare, submit, and manage property budgets
• Development and management of safety and security programs
• Quarterly review and analysis of all changes in state, federal, and/or local laws, rule, and regulations that would impact company – and the design, recommendation, and implementation of necessary policy or physical changes required to be in compliance
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities
• Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management services within assigned facility and geography
• Local Houston candidates will be given first consideration.
• This position is in Greenspoint (Houston), Texas and the successful candidate must already be located in the Houston area.
