101-171 Drilling and Completions Administrator/Technician (Calgary, public, producer)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check and distribute the morning reports for Drilling, Completions, Work-over and Well Site Construction using WellMan. Email appropriate reports to partners as per the Well Data Requirement Sheet and also distribute within company to land, geology, geophysics and engineering. Print or save daily drilling, completion, work-over and construction reports and file in the appropriate hardcopy or electronic well file.
Prepare and submit well license applications. Submit electronically the ERCB well data submission reports for each well from the tour sheets and daily drilling reports and maintain records on the submission date. Submit final directional plans to the ERCB.
Provide partners with the initial pre-spud information packages, daily reports and final reports and well logs as per the Well Data Requirement sheet. Maintain a current checklist/transmission report of all data forwarded to partners for each well Filing hardcopy and electronic documentation for both operated and non-operated wells as follows:
Create a well file and electronic well file when the RTD or pre-spud package is received
Well license application and well license when received
Final survey plan – distribute internally approved copy to Land & Geology
Drilling program/completion program and all related daily reports in chronological order
All government correspondence
Hardcopy well logs and LAS disc to be placed in the expandable well file pocket
Flow reports and oil/gas/water analyses from completion operations
Etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 5 years direct experience with an Exploration/Production company and/or Drilling/Completions consulting company. Must be highly skilled with Microsoft office suite, AccuMap and ERCB DDS systems. Preference will be given to candidates with WellMan experience. Must have multi-tasking, organization and effective communication skills
