Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year job experience in a Help Desk, Support, or Office Admin role
• Experience supporting end users in Microsoft environment – PC’s, laptops, printers, email, …
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
• Mature, organized, and detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent researching, documenting and reporting skills
• Ability to communicate efficiently and in a timely manner with end user, co-workers and management
• A+ and Network + Certification would be considered an asset
