101-160 Surface Landman (Calgary, small, public, producer)
Our client is a public Oil & Gas company, producing over 8,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Their focus is shallow to medium depth Alberta natural gas development with a particular emphasis on resource plays. They are growth-oriented, drilling more than 200 wells per year and actively looking to acquire high quality properties in western Canada.
The company currently has a $117 million capital budget for 2008. They successful candidate will coordinate all facets of surface land activity (wells, pipelines, rental reviews, damage claims and abandonments). Strong computer skills and familiarity in CGI Landman, Accumap and ILAND will be an asset. Ideally you will have 5-10 years experience within Surface Land along with a post secondary Land Agent Diploma, ad Land Agent License and a valid Driver’s License. Experience in ERCB hearings, Surface Rights Board hearings and ADR Facilitation will be beneficial.
