100-947 Intermediate Emergency Response Planner (Calgary) (Small private service company)
Active, growing, private HSE Consulting firm is looking for a knowledgeable and professional Mid Level Emergency Response Planner to join our growing team.
Candidate should possess project experience at both the corporate and field level and will be responsible for Assisting, Developing and Managing Emergency Response Plans for:
1) Corporate Plans
2) Site Specific Plans
3) Wellsite Site Specific
4) Drilling Plans
Ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years experience and can communicate with ease in both corporate professional settings and with field personnel. The successful candidate is responsible for assessing and developing a variety of Emergency Response Plans and will be involved with building professional relationships with clients, government and regulatory officials. Knowledge of:
- ERCB (Emergency Resources Conservation Board) Newly released Directive 71 for all applicable changes and updates
- Other ERCB (Emergency Resources Conservation Board) Directives D-56
- CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Z731/Z662
- Knowledge of information used in determining EPZ’s (Emergency Planning Zone)
- Mapping Software(s) and coordination of mapping requirements
- Intermediate to Advanced level with Microsoft (Word and Excel)
- Strong business written and communication skills Pipeline experience as asset. This is a flexible position that will soon evolve into full time hours.
