100-945 Senior Project Manager – Linear Land Projects (O&G Service Company)
Our Calgary based client is an Industry leading Land services provider with offices in various strategic locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. In business for over 20 years, they are experiencing strong growth and have immediate openings for professionals to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced, professional, dynamic, results-oriented individual to manage all land related aspects of large linear projects (O&G Pipelines, Water and Wastewater Pipelines, Transmission Lines, etc.).
Specific Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of linear land projects assigned
- Provide leadership and guidance to others on the team
- Develop, execute and monitor the project scope, budget, schedule, milestones and deliverables
- Liaise with internal and client management to ensure goals are being met
- Provide extraordinary service to clients Qualifications:
- 10+ years of managing and acquiring land for large linear projects
- Knowledge of Right-of-Way Regulations
- Public Consultation experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Service oriented
